What's Not Included:

Airfares (unless otherwise stated), passports and applicable visa fees, charges imposed by third parties, laundry, phone calls, items of a personal nature, beverages, meals and sightseeing not detailed on the itinerary, excess baggage, travel insurance, gratuities for travel manager and driver and porterage. Please note that travel insurance is highly recommended. Please ask your travel agent for further details. Price: The advertised price is in Australian dollars, per person twin share, unless otherwise stated. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required at the time of booking.

Final Payment:

The balance of monies due for the tour must be paid by the 20th of February 2026. For the preferred method of payment, refer to Dangerous Goods. Payments after this date may incur a late fee payment. Cancellation Fees: In the event you have to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will apply. The deposit will be forfeited on cancellation before final balance payment. Amendments:

A fee of $50 may apply to any change made to your booking once confirmed. Refunds: No refund is available if cancellations occur after the trip has commenced or in respect of any trips, accommodation, meals or any other services not utilised.

Itinerary Changes & Trip Cancellation:

Prices are based on costs, charges, tariffs, taxes, levies, and exchange rates at the time of publication. In the event that such fluctuations affect the price to be paid for services, Dangerous Goods reserves the right to adjust the price as necessary at any time. Contiki reserves the right to vary itineraries should circumstances dictate, as well as cancel or reschedule any trip departure in accordance with operating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. The advertised trip requires a minimum number to depart. Should these not be met, Dangerous Goods reserves the right to alter or cancel arrangements.

Passport and Visas:

You must have a valid passport with 6 months' validity from the date of return. For Visa requirements for this trip, contact Dangerous Goods. Hotels: The hotels listed in the itinerary are listed as a guide only and are subject to change.

Holidays & Changes:

During local or national holidays abroad, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing, and shopping may be limited. In such instances, and whenever possible, slight itinerary adjustments are made to minimise inconvenience to our passengers. If, however, you feel your enjoyment might be diminished by such minor limitations, please check with the respective national tourist office before selecting a specific departure. Similarly, holidays, closing days and other circumstances may necessitate a change of the day of the week for scheduled highlight dinners, sightseeing, or other activities. Due to the unreliability of domestic air scheduling, religious festivals, and other unforeseen circumstances, the itineraries, hotels, or order of sightseeing may change at short notice. By making a booking, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions. Contiki is not responsible for the costs of any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations or rescheduling of any trip departure.
