THE NEELIX SOUND
Neelix has spent more than two decades developing a sound that exists somewhere between Progressive Trance, Progressive House, Electro and psytrance.
The foundations of what became known as the Neelix sound were laid in 2005 with the release of his second album, No Way To Leave.
That album marked a turning point.
Rather than following an established formula, Neelix began pushing into something entirely his own.
Melodic.
Progressive.
Driving.
Unexpected.
His dynamic hybrid sound went on to inspire a generation of producers and become a defining force across the Progressive Trance scene.
His releases on SpinTwist Records established a major presence within the psytrance world, while his music has also appeared in film productions and on prestigious labels including Paul Oakenfold’s Perfecto Records.
BUILT FOR THE DANCEFLOOR
Neelix’s music has taken him across five continents, performing at some of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals and Progressive Trance events.
His live shows have become known for their relentless forward momentum, with each track building on the energy of the last.
From Boom and Universo Paralello to Tomorrowland and Electric Daisy Carnival, Neelix has performed to crowds around the world.
